History of presenting complaints
1. hills of assignments
- started past 2 weeks, sudden in onset, gradually increased, aggravated with sleep, internet surfing and watching dramas or movies, reduced by midnight stay-ups, associated with headache and depressed state.
2. butterfly in stomach
- started since past 1 month, gradual in onset, slowly increased, aggravated with hills of assignments and reduced sleep, reduced by pray,reciting Quran and usrah, associated with chest pain, fatigue, diarrhoea, and stable mood-swing.
-n/h/o of vomitting, dizziness, photophobia, or dyspnoea.
Past history
-present of similar history in the past
-medical : no DM, HTN, CVD, RF, TB, or bleeding diathesis
-surgery : nil

-no TB, DM, IHD
-yes HTN - father
Personal history
-Diet: mixed
-Sleeps: sometimes has disturbed sleep
-Smoking & Alcohol :nil
-Appetite: reduced

BPR + T : Normal
Systemic : not done
Diagnosis : Severe Chronic Procrastinator Syndrome (SCPS) *big lol!*
Treatment :
1. Vitamin Rajin, 30ml in 100ml of normal saline, IV, stat for 3 months.
2. kopi-dan-pasta, 1 meal, PO, stat. then continue 1-1-1 until hills of CURRENT assignment become flat.
Advice: one task at a time to maximise the result. ONLY for CURRENT undone assignment
3. proof-read and research, intracorneal, 0-0-1, after each assignments.
Advice: compare, and copy with brain.
4. exercise (eg; run against time), 1-0-1.
5. Inj. of Books/Notes, intracerebral, maximum dose, for 3 months.
Prophylaxis:
1. continuous prayer; 2-4-4-3-4.
2. additional prayer (eg; dhuha, hajat, tahajud and witr)
3. reciting Quran at least 4 pages per day, plus read and understand the translation.
4. memorising at least a verse of Qur'an per week.
5. Vit. Rajin, tablet, every day + write Things-To-Do lists, and DO IT.
6. revision after class.
7. DISCIPLINE.
8. stop administration of Vitamin M.
